The fastest way to an answer is a photo of the surface over WhatsApp. We will tell you honestly whether it can be wrapped, long before anyone needs to visit.

What to send us
A really useful first message has three things in it, and takes about a minute:
- A photo of the whole surface, taken far enough back that we can see the full run and how it meets the wall or floor.
- A close-up of an edge or a corner, because that is where we can see the substrate, the edge banding, and any swelling or damage.
- Roughly what you want. "Lighter", "wood grain", "same as this photo I saw" are all fine starting points.
If the surface has water damage, swelling or soft spots, tell us. It changes the answer and it is better established now than on the day.
